Life coaching

coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses
on the present and future; therapy deals more with the past.
Coaching focuses on possibilities and takes the stand that you are
perfect as you are; therapy often focuses on restoring mental
health. Coaching provides tools to thrive; therapy provides tools

How does coaching work?
I work with you over the phone in
weekly sessions. Telephone coaching is a particularly effective
process. Coaching over the phone tends to be more focused
and more productive with no visual distractions. The
entire focus is on you.
Anything you can do, you
can do it better and faster with a coach.
