What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching helps you achieve clarity and confidence to work through issues that are holding you back from enjoying a harmonious and challenging life.  A relationship with a coach will move you quickly beyond your stuck places, offer you support and keep you focused on what you really want.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on the present and future; therapy deals more with the past.  Coaching focuses on possibilities and takes the stand that you are perfect as you are; therapy often focuses on restoring mental health. Coaching provides tools to thrive; therapy provides tools to cope.  If you are ready to move forward and focus on possibilities and opportunities and desire to lead a satisfying and successful life, coaching is for you.

How does coaching work?
I work with you over the phone in weekly sessions.  Telephone coaching is a particularly effective process. Coaching over the phone tends to be more focused and more productive with no visual distractions.  The entire focus is on you.
Anything you can do, you can do it better and faster with a coach.
